My name is Esther Shomoye, and I am a Regional Operational Manager currently overseeing care and support services in Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
With 12 years of experience in the care industry, I have worked in various capacities, managing and overseeing a wide range of services, including mental health, elderly care, forensic services, elderly with dementia, domiciliary care, floating support, and supported living.
I have a keen interest in creativity, whether it’s writing or reading. I’m passionate about positive global change and believe that it requires a collective effort. In my personal time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
