Started my career in residential childrens services, working with EBD, and complex needs, after 15 years moved to transition homes for ages 16-24 leaving care to become the Registered Service Manager, the home become stable and settle so looked for a new direction going into adults supported living, joined Focus Care Supported Living in May 2020 as the Area Manager, was promoted in November 2022 to Regional Operations Manager.
