Yaseen Deen is a Director of Trust Care Management, with responsibility for leading the group’s technology strategy, digital transformation, and product development across its portfolio of healthcare services.
In his role, Yaseen oversees the design and delivery of scalable technology platforms that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care outcomes across residential, supported living, domiciliary, and specialist care services.
With a background in computer science and hands-on engineering, Yaseen has built and launched multiple technology products from the ground up, leading cross-functional development teams across three continents. He brings experience spanning SaaS product development, AI integration, and enterprise systems architecture, with a focus on translating complex operational requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions.
Yaseen holds a background in Computer Science with three years of study. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he is actively engaged in continued learning across emerging technologies and artificial intelligence.
